As a survivor of domestic abuse and the trauma of navigating a broken legal system, I’ve walked through some of life’s darkest moments. I understand the isolation, confusion, and fear that comes with such experiences. But I also know that healing is possible, and that light can break through the darkness. My own journey to healing has been shaped by my three incredible neurodivergent children—my absolute motivation.

At my lowest, I didn’t know that help like this existed. But when I found it, it became the lifeline I so desperately needed. Now, as an accredited coach, I’m dedicated to helping other neurodivergent women reclaim their voices, their lives, and their power. I work closely with domestic abuse organisations to support women survivors, offering understanding and guidance as they navigate their own healing journeys.
