Supporting neurodivergent individuals to thrive through life’s transitions, and partnering with organisations to create inclusive, neurodiversity-aware systems.
Hi, I’m Carly Jones. I work with neurodivergent individuals to help them navigate life’s challenges and transitions — from education and career changes to personal growth and navigating complex systems. Using a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly approach, I provide practical guidance, strategies, and support that empowers my clients to engage with confidence and authenticity.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I collaborate with organisations, institutions, and professional teams to improve understanding of neurodivergence. Drawing on over 15 years as a solicitor and legal counsel, I provide consultancy, training, and advocacy that ensures systems, policies, and practices are accessible, inclusive, and effective.
Whether you’re an individual seeking guidance, or an organisation aiming to better support neurodivergent people, my work is designed to bridge gaps, reduce barriers, and foster positive outcomes.
As a neurodivergent individual with late-diagnosed ADD, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to my work. I know first-hand the challenges of navigating systems and life transitions that aren’t always designed with neurodivergence in mind.
As a parent and carer to three neurodivergent children, I’ve gained invaluable perspective on the importance of empathy, adaptability, and personalised support. These experiences have shaped my approach to coaching and advocacy — one grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a deep commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
I collaborate with domestic abuse organisations and provide bespoke support and guidance for neurodivergent survivors, empowering them to heal and rebuild their lives, with a strong focus on empathy, understanding, and practical support.
As a late-diagnosed ADD individual, I understand the unique challenges neurodivergent people face daily.
I live by the principles I teach, always practising what I preach to guide others effectively.
I am a proud carer to three neurodivergent children, who motivate and inspire me daily.
I’ve personally navigated the complexities of the family legal system, so I truly understand the support neurodivergent individuals need during these challenging times.
I am a committed member of Resolution, advocating for family law reform for the neurodivergent community and supporting neurodivergent individuals in their journeys.
I am an accredited breakup and divorce practitioner, certified by Sara Davison, The No. 1 Divorce Coach.
