I am Carly Jones, I Am The Girl Behind The Mask. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent women through the emotional, logistical, and legal complexities of divorce, separation, and family transitions. As an accredited Breakup and Divorce Coach, my approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly framework that empowers you to navigate these life changes with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
A Personal Journey
As a survivor of domestic abuse and a neurodivergent individual with late-diagnosed ADD, I walk my talk. I have three neurodivergent children and am a full-time carer, which has given me an invaluable perspective on the importance of understanding, empathy, and tailored support.
